Reserved amount was deducted
Hello everyone,
My selling account has been suspended, but there are still reserved funds in my account. When I checked the account's funds, I noticed that on March 20th, the reserved amount was deducted. Upon reviewing the transaction details, the transaction type shows as "Other," and the report does not specify the exact reason. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? What could be the cause of this deduction?

I see that your account is deactivated and you have questions about activity regarding your funds.
So that I am able to better understand and assist you the best, I will need to learn more about your situation. Can you share the exact reason your account was deactivated? This can be a factor if you will be eligible to receive your funds back. Has it been more than 90 days since your account deactivation? If so, have you started the funds disbursement process? If you have started the process, have you been invited to join a video verification call?
