Package tracking says delivered, customer states not there.
I've been reading a few posts but just want some clarification. I get these quite often where USPS marks the package delivered but the customer says they never got it. I knew this actually does happen occasionally (or they weirdly deliver it the next day). For the longest time, I just send out a new one. At this point, I'm tired of spending money and product just to please the customer. I've seen people send their customers to A/Z Claims for a refund, does that take the refund money from me? What if Amazon sides with the customer? I always use Amazon Buy Shipping for my items.

This print was a gift for my sister. She called to tell me it never arrived. I checked the address and everything I provided was correct. I will need a replacement since she never received hers.

As long as you bought the shipping from Amazon tell them to file an A to Z claim and amazon will take care of the rest
