pago de un articulo vendido
Hemos vendido un artículo nuestro en abril 2023. Hemos solicitado el pago pero no han pagado. primero dijeron que hace falta verificar la cuenta bancaria, lo hicimos. luego verificar la tarjeta de crédito, lo hicimos. ahora vienen que el saldo está retirado por una posible ceja del cliente, pero la venta se efectuó en abril 2023. No se que voy a hacer, me parece increible, serán estafas este amazon....tendrá que poner una denuncia contra ellos
alguien podria decir me que puedo hacer
