Amazon Belgium
Hi there,
I’m doing PAN European and registered VAT in 6 countries in continental Europe. Now that I want to activate Belgium, where is the stock going to be shipped from? As I just used the Build International Listing feature but I’m not registered VAT in Belgium yet. And I cant find anywhere if the stock will behold in BE or if it will be shipped from DE for example. Can someone bring clarity to this?
Thanks in Advance

In that case make sure Belgium is deactivated as a storage location on PAN EU until you are VAT registered as you can not hold stock in any country without being VAT registered, orders can be shipped to Belgium via EFN. They will most likely be shipped from DE (or FR if you also store stock there, whichever is closer to the customer I believe)

I don’t believe that Amazon currently warehouse out of any countries other than the original 6 in the EU so Belgium going live shouldn’t be affected. I think they are shipped from Germany.

Here it’s possible to control the countries in which the PAN European Storage is managed. And so far Belgium is not an option, so orders are fulfilled by other countries FC, and then down the line we could opt out as in the case of Sweden in case we are not VAT registered. https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/fba/settings/index.html/ref=xx_fbasettings_dnav_xx#/xbf-settings
