shipping with amazon via hermes only carrier collection option available

Hi anyone else had an email from amazon saying that drop off (buy through Amazon) Hermes isn't available anymore and that you can only have these collected ? if so its a real problem for us ,also anyone else know why I cant buy Evri delivery through Amazon for overseas orders other than DPD which is so incredibly expensive ?
