My account was recently deactivated due to a Multiple Selling Accounts Policy violation. I want to clarify that I do not have, nor have I ever had, another Amazon seller account.
To address this matter, I have submitted both an affidavit and a bank statement as requested. Despite this, I am receiving the same automated response, which does not resolve the issue or provide clarity on the next steps.
I kindly ask for a thorough review of my account and the documents I have provided. If there are any additional steps I need to take or further information required, please let me know as soon as possible.

This will be due to the set up of our multiple accounts policy that states you may have separate businesses as long as they serve a legitimate business purpose and remain in an active standing.
Are you the only person involved in the operation of your account or do you utilize any kind of third party service? Do you know anyone who also sells on the platform that could be the owner of the other account?
You will want to conduct your own investigation into the concern to gain a better understanding of what has occurred, and then provide an explanation. If the information you are submitting does not align with our teams findings, they will be obligated to reject the submission. If this occurs, then you will need the other seller to resolve their account concerns for you to resolve yours.
