Why are Amazon telling customers item running late when its been received
i dont understand this. I’ve just had an honest customer on saying item been received days ago but amazon are telling him he can get a refund. what the hell are they doing.

well i got a response from customer services telling me they needed more information and to forward them the email I received from the customer.
I though great. getting somewhere. I forwarded the email.
all very self explanatory. customer not happy amazon are telling him to get refund since his parcel is late when he has received it. even more the customer contacted amazon to inform them of their mistake and they told hinm to contact me directly.
anyway another response from amazon after receiving all the information they requested and it goes like this……… are you ready
