How to reactivate my seller account?

My account was closed by Amazon due to the design rights infringement, I have been complaining since Dec.25, 2021. On February 23, 2022, I received a notification that Amazon has accepted the information I submitted, but they could’t open my account, how should I do to solve this problem? We sell the products of the suppliers provided and we are not intended to infringe the design rights of others, now we delete the relevant products and will not sell these products. Also the rights owner did not reply us. How should I do to reopen my selling account?
