Account review

Hello,

I have received an email from amazon stating that my account is under review and i need to upload an id of someone that have ordered from my Amazon prime account. Basically, a friend of mine asked me to order something for him as i had amazon prime and he added his credit card into my amazon prime.

Couple days ago, Amazon emailed me asking to upload his ID and advised me that my seller account will be closed if i don’t upload his ID. I then uploaded his ID but they are not replying to the required documentation uploaded. My funds are on hold due to this.

This seems quite absurd as they linked my prime account to my seller account.

Does anyone have any idea on how to deal with this or has anyone faced similar situation like this?
