I have had 1 of my ASINs go inactive which is gardening tool that I have been selling for 2 years now successfully. I am losing £1000's in sales since the ASINs became inactive. Amazon has said that I must request approval to sell this product which is obviously false as it is a gardening tool (see image attached).
I have escalated am yet to escalate the case to the Managing Directors office or the Executive Escalation Department. I would prefer to tackle this issue via the seller forums as that worked successfully for me in the past with other ASINs.

Please can an Amazon support agent help me get this issue resolved.
I have already attempted to delete and relist the ASIN which hasn't worked and I have been back and fourth with seller support many times with no success.

I am having the same exact issue with one of my ASIN's and it is not even a bladed product!
I have seen other forums where this has been solved so I am hopeful someone can help us.

I have also run into this same exact issue with my supplements and unfortunately it can take a while for it to get sorted because none of the support agents actually know what they are doing beyond a rehearsed script.

Could one of you please help solve these issues for our sellers. We have been back and forth with the managing director's office and seller support on this, but as usual they have been no help.

This link clearly shows that only 3 product categories require authorisation to list which are:
Beer, Wine and Spirits
Jewellery
Music, DVD
My ASINs are in "DIY & Tools" and "Home & Kitchen".

It seems to be impacting many categories not just bladed products - huge issues going on with Amazon lately and for a multi billion dollar company, there support staff offer no help at all.
