Amazon's VAT Invoices

We have a Royal Mail account and its linked to Amazon. Ive noticed we get a Royal Mail invoice in the Amazon tax library for tracked returns. Are the invoices in the tax library stand alone invoices or is it just a duplication to what Royal Mail has already invoiced to me via their OBA system?
