My seller account deactivated without any complaint or other reason
Today I received an email from amazon which said my seller account was deactivated. Amazon said because they were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history, so they closed my account.
This is too strange as the information of my seller account was verified and we have sale history.
Is there anyone can help me to solve this issue? My case ID is: 14914161511
Below is the email I received from amazon:
"Hello,
Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed. Ship any open orders to avoid further impact on your account.
Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.''

Hello @Seller_ffZMg1FP3I3dg,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
This could be a number of different situations, however limited information is provided in these types scenarios. So we can be certain of the exact issue, I would advise posting the full notification you received.
I do want to offer some advise for when there are concerns of verification or listing issues.
We will commonly require that you provide supporting business related documentation including but not limited to government issued face ID, utility bill with name and address visible that meets our requirements in theseller identity verification help page, a business license may also be accepted if applicable.
This should help cover the verification, as for the listings we will ask that you provide invoices that verify the products supply chain, we have our document requirements listed on the responsible souring help page.
If you have authorization directly from the brand in the form of an authorization letter, I would include this. Please ensure it too meets our requirements listed in our letter of authorization help page.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
