SINISTER Or Something Else - Opinions Please

Hi Guys

Just your opinion as dont know whether we are only ones experiencing this.

Over the years selling we continuously find ourselves checking every listing as a weird thing occurs.

We notice when sales drop…investigate…and our products dont show for target keywords even though they been doing so on first page for months, years etc.

Investigated further and we found that the category had been changed…this is never done by us but happens often on best sellers…

For example…selling knives in cutlery category…it been changed to interactive toys lol. This always happens in competitive areas where our products are the best selling

Even worse when we contact seller support to change category…they always state they will do so but it never goes through…you spend time bath and forth explaining to them it wasnt us…but amazon themselves…or perhaps hacked?

What are your thoughts?
