All review gone!

Hello,

We just created a variation listing having 2 existing listings as variations. 1 listing had 40 reviews and the other one is brand new with no reviews. We noticed that now the existing listing that had 40 reviews is not showing any reviews at all. This is quite concerning as its impactign sales. Does anyone know what wrong we might have done or is it normal for listings to lose reviews when combined under a parent variation listing?

Unfortunately, when merging separate listings together to make them appear as variations, there is always a risk of this happening.

Reviews can disappear when you change/delete an existing variation but not when you add a new one.

New variations may not show the reviews immediately but the existing variations should show the reviews.
