My Brand name as changed on my listing
I have just noticed my brand name as changed on my listing. I went to edit the product to see if this was the same on my seller account but my brand name is still the same.
How can someone over ride my brand name but it’s still the same within my seller account.
This is one of my listings and the brand you will see is now called [ Yoicn Lth]
How do I get rid of this brand name that isn’t mine.

If you’re not already… Make sure you have a website link to the product (on your own site, not Amazon) via GS1.
Then direct seller support to the GS1 data for the EAN/GTIN they’ll click the link, see the product info and change it back… eventually.
They won’t usually argue with the GS1 data. Just make sure GS1 and any webpage you create shows the name of the product exactly as it should be on Amazon.

Yea I have the same problem with the same brand. I see there is somebody who have more than 30 seller account and making changes on listing without Brand Registry to Yoicn brand, then changing whole listing. Anyone know how to solve that?

I have exactly the same issue with this Brand/Company.
I cannot change it for love nor money and have tried to seek help from Amazon CS…who don’t help or want you to send in every proof under the sun. Frustrating how it has been allowed to happen and that they do not look at this in more detail… Especially now seeing there are multiple sellers having this problem.

Do you manufacture the product or is it a generic one?
If it is generic why are you rebranding a product you don’t own the IP for?
