What does migrated template mean

A mistake must have been made.I have not requested and do not require an Amazon Pro Merchant selling plan. £30 has been deducted from my a/c,please refund.

As the others have said - this is a seller forum and not seller support.
Downgrade your selling plan in your account details and then contact seller support and if you have not sold anything request a refund.
