Read onlyI've been trying to close my account down for a feel months now, to no success. I have downgraded my account to individual, removed all products and cleared all inventory, yet I am still being charged, and still not able to close my account.
I also await the 90 days they asked. Now I got the message "You can't close your account because you have balance" Then I actualized the payment otherwise I couldn't close it, then they charged me €298 from last year after asked the closure... and still don't let me clouse that $%@#.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
I didn't know that i'll be charged fees we never knew about or agreed to even after I request closure and now we just want to be off the platform for good.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!
