Invoice not accepted by amazon uk
My invoice fulfills all the requirements of amazon uk. Even then i cannot list the products and invoice refused by amazon.
Amazon uk asking to provide your supplier's supplier invoice.
And no supplier would provide this document

Just to rule out one thing. Your invoice isn't from amazon.com or someone who might be considered a retailer

Amazon are trying to confirm a supply chain between the brand and the goods you intend to offer as their way of establishing authenticity.
Working backwards from you they want to see a supply chain that leads directly to the brand or their recognised wholesaler. Without this Amazon won't be convinced of the goods authenticity.
Have you tried politely asking your supplier for a copy of their invoice noting that the prices can be redracted? You may be surprised as it is in their interests too that you keep buying.

My best advice will be for you to make sure the documentation you provide on the available has all the information needed.
Sometimes (very often) some of these scenarios happen:
1. Invoice showing multiple products and not necessary the ASIN in question, or the product name on the invoice does not match with the ASIN information.
2. Provide a recent invoice, meaning, is not matching with the time previous to the purchase or the investigation. We do not accept pro forma invoices or similar contracts as proof of ownership because they don’t demonstrate a completed purchase.
3. Provide documentation in picture format, sometimes this could affect the authenticity of the document, Invoices and packing slips must be in a non-editable format. Invoices must be clearly created by a supplier or manufacturer. Please note that we do not accept documents in Excel, Word, or other editable formats. We therefore ask you to provide us with a scanned copy or picture of the original invoice in PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format.
These are more general and common pitfalls. Just want to share them for you to have a look and confirm the ones you have are meeting all the requirements.
