Suddenly OUT OF STOCK- FC PROCESSING

My 490 Units suddenly gone out of stock and are showing in FC PROCESSING. Spoke to the seller team a few times but didn’t get any solution. Is there anyone who can actually dig it deep and get my stock back saleable again. I am a new seller.

ive been having the same problem for the last seven days. My items keep defaulting to ‘sold out’ multiple times a day.

I’ve done loads of chats with Amazon ‘specialists’ and they just told me their systems are working fine, which does not solve the problem.

Try these:

On your dashboard, is there a box with the title "Actions"? Are there any issues shown?

On the inventory page, does the product say "Search Suppressed" next to it?

Go to https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/fixyourproducts

Open a help case up and select that the asin isnt searchable. It will ask for your asin and do a check to make sure there arent any issues.

Hello @Seller_Lk8IGo2MVEbzD,

I am Spencer with Amazon.

Can you share a case ID with me so I can look into it?

Regards, Spenccer

Been happening to me also. Amazon are not trans-shipping fast enough, so items are going out of stock without being replenished from FC processing

Hello,

This happened to me, after about a week I think they found most of the items and they went back into transfer but some are still lost. Hopefully they will find them soon.
