Reserved FBA Inventory

I had authenticity complaint but i successfully removed it by submited inovice, now its going to be month but my inventory is still reserved and there is no option of update listing. I opened case with amazon they reply me my inventory is in FC processing it will take 3 days more then 15 days gone but inventory is till reserved. Now I want my inventory and there is no option for creating removal order.
