Hi all,

I had one of my products removed a few weeks back because the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) advised Amazon that it is a veterinary medicine that does not have appropriate authorisation under the UK Veterinary Medicines Regulations.

I spoke to the VMD and made the necessary changes and they advised me that they told Amazon that the product could be made active again. I had to chase Amazon to make this change and eventually got my product re-activated. However, it has now been removed again for the same reason and it is seemingly impossible to get through to Amazon about this because I keep getting an automated response which is no help at all.

Has anyone else had similar issues and could possibly offer any advice on how to resolve the problem?
