Whay has our brand been rejected

Can you tell us why our brand, "Farm Cottage Brands", has been rejected please ? We opened a support case id: 10247514262
They told us to register the Brand, but is rejected for violating brand policies. We have absolutely no idea why and can not find out, and do not know what to do about it. We cannot update the products on Amazon, which is terrible
We are the registered Brand owner in the UK and Europe.
Any help would be gratefully received.

I'd strongly suspect it's because your brand has the word "brands" in it. Of course, it's your legitimate brand but I can see why it would cause confusion
