Evri contacted me to tell me the return was damaged and is undeliverable. They told me to contact Amazon MFN Tier 5.
I tried seller support who have told me various things none of which are relevant to the case (as ever), one telling me to submit a POA for my SFP Performance Rate (it's 100%!) and another telling me that the parcel is undeliverable and I should contact the customer. I can't submit a Safe-T claim, even if that's applicable, as I've refunded the customer. I don't have an Evri account and rarely use them.
Anyone know how to contact Amazon MFN Tier 5 as I've not yet found anyone at Amazon who knows what it is?
As it's Amazon, and I value what's left of my sanity, I'm happy to let it go but just asking in case I'm missing something.
