Payment " sent to bank" but not " acknowledged by bank"

Hi everyone, just wondered whether this is cause for concern?

usually " sent to bank" and " acknowledged by bank" happen at exactly the same time.

This time it states Payment " sent to bank" but not " acknowledged by bank".
