I don’t normally ask the forum moderators for help with things like this but absolutely at my wits end with Amazon.
Customer placed an order over the Christmas break and before we reopened requested a cancellation. I cancelled the order today as per their request and this evening we received a 1 star feedback saying “There were only 2 feeders and not 3.”
Firstly, we don’t sell ‘feeders’ and secondly they didn’t receive anything from us as they cancelled the order so clearly either an error on the customers part or simply just inaccurate feedback. Either way, the feedback is invalid as no transaction has taken place.
I’ve requested removal via the feedback manager which was refused and then opened the case to appeal which of course was denied instantly, so I’m hoping one of you good forum mods can escalate this to get the feedback removed?

I just notice on case ending 7562 it shows the feedback has been suppressed successfully :)
