Read onlyMy UK account has been deactivated which now has caused my USA account to be deactivated, I only sell in the USA and do not need or want the UK account
I have tried logging into the UK account as it has missing credit card information but it will not allow me to update, I do not have access to the seller support or case log, which they repeatedly tell me to go to which is impossible as nothing works!
Anyone know a solution or how to deactivate the UK account?
This has been going on for weeks, just going round and round with Amazon and get no help, I can not speak to anyone in the UK seller team as it seems many are bots and just repeat over and over the same thing
Now I am about to lose my inventory in the USA as they are destroying it as my UK account isn't active
I possibly do not know the full correct answer, as do not sell overseas, BUT you cannot actually deactivate the UK account, you need to make sure it is placed on 'holiday settings' (set as inactive) for any countries you do not wish to sell in.
