Urgent: All Featured Offer / Buy Box Eligibility Lost Across Entire Catalog – Please Escalate (Case ID: 11964555332)

I need urgent assistance from an Amazon forum moderator with a critical Buy Box / featured offer issue that is severely impacting our Amazon business.

Since this issue began, all of our listings across marketplaces (including Amazon UK/EU) are showing “No featured offers available” and have lost the Buy Box, even on ASINs where we are the only seller and fully compliant. This effectively means our products are not visible in the Buy Box at all and we are unable to generate sales at all through those listings. 

Our account health is in excellent standing with no violations, and all ASINs are in stock, FBA-eligible, competitively priced, and meet Amazon’s performance requirements. Yet still we’re completely losing Featured Offer eligibility. 

We have already opened a case with Selling Partner Support regarding this:

Could a moderator please request an internal review and escalate this issue to the appropriate Featured Offer / Buy Box Eligibility team, linked to the above case?

This is a business-critical problem and requires urgent review and resolution.
