Report- How do I report a copycat?

Hello.
I am the owner of the company and the only manufacturer of my products worldwide.
We are selling on some platforms.
I just realized that some random manufacturer from China stole my products and sold them to some dropshipper and they are using my listing/ASINs.
They are using my brand name and my listing to sell brandless, fake products. I can’t get any orders because they are selling way cheaper(there can not be any income with that prices on my high-quality products)
I declared my trademarks/brand name multiple times to Amazon but they are saying that I have to declare them again every time.
I want to report that on Amazon but they are sending me to different help desks/different departments.
It’s been a week without anything happened.
Thank you.

Unfortunately trademarks only apply to the countries or jurisdictions in which they are registered. For Example US or EU trademarks are not applicable in the UK anymore than UK ones are in the EU or US.

Are you trademarked and brand registered and is the listing branded?

Yes. I declared to Amazon a few times.

So you aren’t actually trademarked or brand registered according to your answer to Tracey?

In order to receive protection you’ll require that and then you’ll probably need to do test purchases to see what they are actually selling/sending out.

I am not from UK as a Company. My brand and my company are internationally registered. I manufacture my own products and selling to 84 countries including UK. I used my trademark registration documents in other countries for similar situations.
Thank you for your answers I will take action with your suggestions.

Do you have a current patent or registered design for each item in each country you sell?

If not there is no protection and nothing you can do to prevent anyone in any country copying and selling the items.

You’ll need to register the trademark in the UK, do it fast before they do it and steal the trademark.

Its not complicated or expensive and is relatively quick, a few months to get the registration. go to the government trademark office website.

Welcome to nightmare and get ready more nightmare!

I had exactly the same issue. Ebay has zero interest helping on this regardless of Trademark.
On Amazon, you need to register for Brand Registry but it doesn’t mean that you’ll 100% protected as they still manage to sell branded products and it takes long to get Amazon remove these sellers.

They now copy my items and my model images and sell 3 of them half price of what I sell! Nothing I can do… If you find a solution, please let me know.

Copyright too has the same problem, China has not signed up to the treaty, the only possible action you have is if the importer/drop shipper is in a country where the treaty is signed in which case go for the drop shipper or importer.

Buy a few then leave them the negative feedback they deserve and warn other potential customers.

Then return the products making them pay the postage…

How long have they been on there for ?
Are you sure its not a fraudulent dropshipper taking orders they don’t fulfil ?
Have you ordered a test purchase from them ?
