has anyone had any success from Amazon in resolving this we are still experiencing issues and have had to switch business orders off as running the risk of having these cancelled.

no tried everything opened a case still nothing, moderatore @Emma_Amazon @NR_Amazon ignoring the situation, also emailed the md at uk amazon. nothing at all stressed isnt the word no guidance on this at all

Problem with this fix is, when it is reactivated, the same issue appears.
We de-activated last Friday and it has gone live again today with the same issue!!
Cannot leave it off as numerous customers now requesting VAT invoices that we cannot supply!!!

has there been a fix for this issue. I've had it this past week as well with Invoice by Amazon orders not being able to be shipped
