Payment initiated but not received in my bank
I am having issues receiving disbursements. I requested a disbursement as normal 15/09/24 and have still not received it. Everything looks normal in the disbursement tab and it says the bank has received it. Amazon have given me a trace ID but my bank are saying there is not history of it being received by them. The same has happened for a second disbursement on 01/10/24.
I have not received a payment for 3 weeks now. Case ID's 10358709952 and 10383337112 but still no resolution.
@CR_Amazon@Micah_Amazonare you able to assist with this issue? This is urgent.
Has anyone been through anything similar and got a fix?
