unauthorized purchase
This morning I printed a postage label for a knitting pattern that I was gang to send out this afternoon.
Midday I received a notice from Amazon that the customer was asking for a refund as it was an unauthorized purchase.
I saw that Amazon is sending a label for its return for £3.55. But I still have the item.
I don't mind refunding the cost of the item but I have already paid £1.55 for the postage label I now don't need, and then there's this £3.55 for the returns label.
I have tried to edit the Amazon details to reflect the fact that there is no need for a returns label but I can't seem to do it.
Help appreciated!

you won’t get charged for the return label if it’s never used.
I’m also unsure but I think you can get refunds on insider postage labels as well if bought through buy shipping.
