Why my brand register on UK show pending for four weeks?

I have register my brand on amazon UK marketplace on 13 June .
and after the case say my brand is figurative, I changed from word to figurative and submit on 13 june .
and now still pending .
and I can not even open this case again , so I do not have any access or way to contact the brand register team… the other customer service just told me to contact register team. but I do not have any way to contact unless I reopen the case , and the first case can NOT reopen.
so what can I do now ?
every people doing the brand register these days ??

yes, my UK trademark is fully registered and complete .
and I have the certification of the trademark.
the most important problem is I have no way to contact the brand register team!!!
and they did not told me what is wrong , just pending and pending ,
