Selling application for Product safety - documents required (Supplements/Nutritional Supplements/Vitamins)
Hi Everyone - 3 of my products have been flagged and I have been asked to submit the below:
GFSI or HACCP
You must submit all required documents. Your products cannot be approved if some documents are missing.Document must meet the following requirements:
Current GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) certificate(s) for the manufacturer from an accredited 3rd party certification body for the ASIN OR current HACCP (Hazard Critical Control Point) certificate(s) for the manufacturer from an accredited 3rd party certification body for the ASIN.
Has anyone had this and what exactly do we need to provide?

There were a few posts maybe a month or two ago when Amazon first started asking. The answer is really that a manufacturer should know what to provide (assuming you are just buying from a manufacturer).
