buyer cancel order while i shipped order as FBM
due to late receiving shipping tracking no , i cannot confirm shipment on seller center timely,thats why buyer has requested cancelletion of the order while i have shipped the order, no i get the shippment tracking no and confirmed shippment. now what will happent

Did you ship after receiving a cancellation request?
Or, more accurately -- did you have someone else drop ship something after you received a cancellation request?

Happened to me a couple of times. Customer requested cancelation after UPS already picked up the packages for the day. I canceled the order, changed the delivery address to return to sender on the UPS portal, and ate the 15 dollar fee for that. I figure its better than the customer returning as a "defective item" or something to avoid shipping costs and getting a hit on our NCX rate while paying for return shipping.
