Self Delivery - How to Confirm delivery on seller central if delivered by yourself
Hi guys,
Very new to amazon and have the means to deliver orders by myself by using self delivery through orders in seller central. However, the orders have been despatched and have been delivered, but I do not know how to update seller central to say that it has been delivered to the customers. I have made another separate invoice and have got it signed by the customer each time delivery has been completed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We deliver orders locally usually the same day. We take a photograph of the door on the phone which shows the date, day and time we were there delivering the order just like couriers are now doing on their terminal with the front door opening. You can select hand delivered if this feature is still there.

Really appreciate all the help. I did do the correct steps where you choose self delivery and then choose it again, from there tracking number i read somewhere you can put down the phone number of whoever is delivering the item. Have spoken to amazon as the orders still say despatched, amazon customer service have not come across this before but they are looking in to it today as well. Hopefully they come back with a solution as this is getting frustrating as reviews are being held back until the item status changes to delivered
