Amazon not responding to messages solving my case of deactivation.

Hi,

I am reading through other discussions in this forum about the help and support from Amazon support. I honestly did not think I would be in the same situation. A few weeks back my account got deactivated because some documents where not validated by Amazon. Although I did provide all that is required.

Now that I have been deactivated and seeking an appeal or at least help with solving my issue. Amazon does not reply any messages. I have no option to add or reapply with new documents nor call the support center.

The only option I have is to wait for a reply on my message. Which I sent a week ago. It's damaging and I am worried because all my inventory is now in stranded status and my money is frozen at Amazon and cannot be deposit to my bank account.

Do anyone sit with this same problem or know any solutions to solve it?

My cases I've open has the ID 11018697542 and 11029061362 if any Amazon support employee should review this message.

I've seen you answering some topics here in the forums related to my issue.

I am therefor tagging your alias in my thread hoping that you can help assist me further with my account deactivation, as there are no replies on my case ID's. It's been about 2 weeks now since I made my first case ID.

Hope to hear from any of you soon, so I may solve the issue asap.
