Brand Registry Application
Hello everyone!
So I got my trademark approved and I got my trademark number and all that.
I applied for brand registry on Amazon 3 weeks ago and my Application is still “Under Review”.
When I am asking other sellers about this, usually they been waiting between few hours or 3 days to get approved.
First when I applied, I received this message from Amazon:
But in the same time, when I go on Brand Registry it says that my application is under review?
I am a bit confused now…I been reaching out to Seller Support couple of times but they can’t help.
Anyone experienced anything similar?

Given how many people are jumping on ecommerce and amazon are having mass applications each day prepare to wait a month or so.

is your seller account already verified? have you filled in everything on Brand Registry verbatim of company registration, TM registration etc etc?
All the webanir stated that it is best you have everything opened before you start the process. I personally never type anything in for application but cut and paste… so company reg no… cut and paste from companies house etc etc
Your screenshot is saying the TM you put in does not match. is the TM registered in UK and is it live?

Some people are waiting months now. During the peak of lockdown in March, April, May time, some people waited over 3 months.

I think having the word “collection” might be hard to get unless no one notices and you get it trademarked, but I’m willing to bet someone will and probably take you to court but who knows.

I used Amazon Service provider Network and used their recommended service and still waiting for their decision. I am not sure how long would it take.
