How can I change child variation name?
Hello! I'm wanting to change my child variation names. I started off with 3 variations and now have 11 but the name of the variations are too detailed and long (and look cluttered) so I want to simplify them so the options don't look so busy. Is there a way to change the names?
Thank you so much in advance!

download the new item creation template. use the delete option and put the variation (parent) sku in the sku field. need to do this for every variation sku to delete on a new line. choose delete. no other information is needed.
Once all are deleted upload a new variation with a new parent sku. My explanation is not very detailed but the Amazon variation process is very cumbersome.
to download the sheet go to catalog > add products via upload >List products that are not currently in Amazon's catalog

If you don't want to change the asins in each variation you can just update using the same template I mentioned. fill in what you want changed and upload. Another option is edit your catalog with updated attribute names for your variation type (size and color) for example.

Be sure to make a store. clicking your brand name just shows a list of items that may or may not be yours.

You can just edit each child variation - look for the field - Color, Style, Size or whatever is your variation type.

my child variations all take on the same name as the parent listing.
I have not figured out a way to change them individually. Even when I upload the unique names, the unique names appear in my inventory, but not on the listing.
My variations are based on color, so perhaps that has something to do with it.

Hi there @Seller_Z7GQs8EKdLiNa,
To clarify is the issue with the variation titles for each Child ASIN? You should be able to make any changes to to the titles via the "Edit" button on each listing on Manage Inventory or making changes via the Variation Wizard. If you provide additional context it may be easier to address the issue you are trying to solve. Please reply with your most recent Seller Support Case ID and I can I will investigate further if needed. Thank you for your understanding.
