I have replied several times and this is the latest reply
After a thorough compliance check, your application has been placed on hold due to the following reason:
- The images provided are not acceptable as:
- The phrase ‘Food Supplement’ cannot be located on the product images.
Can anyone give me some advice as the product is sports supplements such as Protein powder or Amino acids, which aren’t technically food supplements but its seems if the product label doesn’t say that they will not accept my application.

If they’re not food supplements then they are medicines.
Which one would you rather go for?
I suggest the former.
Maybe an urgent catch-up of regulations is needed before you proceed.

I tried to put the product up for sale and this is the category it told me I need to apply for. The same product is sold in the same category by other sellers as it automatically comes up. It is a nutrition supplement but it doesn’t say it on the tub. Because they are not a food replacement. Other sellers are selling it in that category which is what confused me unless I need to use a different supplement for my pictures I send in.
