You Currently have Limited Access to Amazon Selling Services

We registered for Amazon services in January 2024, we are now into end of April 2024 however our account is still not active, Our case was forwarded to the Verification team however we keep hearing back that we are verifying your information and will get back to you soon, now it has been close to four months, we have the following message on our account.

"You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services. Your information is currently being validated. We will contact you if additional information is required. Once we have received and been able to validate your data, we can open your Selling on Amazon payment account. Otherwise we might ask for additional information. For more help, Contact Us."

We are being billed monthly for the account however, we are unable to sell online or use any service on Amazon, It would really be appreciated if anyone can help or guide us with this problem.

The monthly fee is for the professional selling PLAN, not a bill for an account. So that you do not pay any more fees until you can start selling you need to go to your settings (cog wheel top right) - account info - manage your services - sell on amazon - click on 'individual' button - apply changes.

When you sign up, Amazon automatically register everyone for the professional selling plan (very cunning way of getting £30 a month from everyone - IMO !!), without telling you the alternative.

The pro. selling plan is only financially sensible once you are selling 34/35 items a month (though there are some other benefits to that plan too). Check them out by using the blue search box at the top of the page.
