Amazon debited my account with buy shipping used

We have granted an A-to-z Guarantee claim of $332.93 on the order 1**. We have debited the amount from your account but have not counted the claim against your order defect rate.

I used Amazon buy shipping. In the past, Amazon recognized that I used buy shipping.

I am sure Amazon's system knows I used Amazon shipping.

What should I do?

Were all the rules followed in the buy shipping process? The biggest one is that the carrier scanned the order as "accepted" on or before the ship by date.

In addition, customer says they did not receive package. I used Amazon shipping.
