Read onlyDisbursement Cancelled - 18th August 2024 - We received an email confirming that the funds were on their way. The following day when checking the Disbursements it shows as Cancelled. The payment screen is not showing any new shipped sales we have missed three payment now. We checked to see why it had been cancelled and were directed to our Performance Notifications but there was nothing there to suggest a problem.We contacted Amazon Account Heath Support who confirmed there were no issues on the Account & were then passed over to Amazon Selling Partner support. He checked the Account and the previous disbursement but could not find a problem.
Transferred the case number 10236585532 to payment department but no reply yet

Maybe DD+7 if you have been on Amazon along time but if relatively new you would have been on that anyway.
It is interesting that you say there is nothing in performance notifications to suggest a problem. are you saying you don't have any notifications or you have notifications that don't appear to be relevant?
It maybe that you have a notice that doesn't sound relative but could be the reason for your issue.
Also, does the system show that you have a disbursement due or is this zero? If you go into your statement view, is the funds available zero or does this have a balance. If zero on funds available but showing a balance on the total balance then this is more than likely the DD+7 thing.
we have had exactly the same on the exact same date! Again with us no account health problems and no one can explain why! We had no correspondence to suggest we have moved to dd+7 and when we asked amazon surely they would no!! We had no performance problems
