Products sent to Amazon to be bubble wrapped but customer recieved the item broken and no help from seller support
Hi all,
I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced sending glass items to Amazon FBA to be bubble wrapped (I am paying them for the service) but when received by customer the picture they sent shows the broken item in the box with no bubble wrap.
They have also left me a negative review however I am not able to get it removed due to the only reason Amazon would remove a product review is it was abusive.
I tried to speak to seller support and the agent I spoke to was not able to help.
Does anyone have any advice on how to help or is there someone from Amazon moderating this board that can help?

If the order was sent by FBA you should be able to get the negative review removed as it's not about you but about Amazon.

The mods seem to have pretty much disappeared since the new forum was launched along with most of the seasoned and experienced posters.
Personally I would not trust Amazon to pack items, especially breakables, you are far better doing this yourself before you send them in.
