I wouldn’t pay too much heed.
It’s not just customers, but the way people seem to speak online these days.
Plus the fact, that an awful lot of them, thing they are speaking directly to Amazon, rather than individual sellers.

I know, it’s the blaming of others because she hasn’t ordered the gift in time that gets to me.

I have learned not to let it get to me any more. When I started online selling (appx 18 years ago), I would dwell all day over a customer talking down to me. What a waste of energy! Now I forget about it within a minute! The customer doesn’t know you personally, so don’t take it personally. It’s business, so disconnect yourself mentally and you’ll find you are way happier
If they take it out on you that a courier is late or unreliable then (being brutally honest here) then they’re not the smartest cookie! So feel pity for their bad attitude rather than hurt.
When customers are rude, I am helpful on a “necessary” level. If customers are polite then I’m more than helpful and even overly generous. They reap what they sow.
10+ years ago on Amazon, customers were polite and a different class to a well known competitor platform. Sadly everyone shops here now and you get a very different calibre thrown in (good and bad). But, at the end of the day, I can’t bite the hands that feed me and appreciate all customers (even the rude ones!)
