Your account is at risk of deactivation

I now have a yellow warning on my "home page".

It arises because a couple of weeks ago I was a day late in sending 2 parcels which drops me down below the required percentage.

Does the yellow warning last until my percentage goes back up again? presumably it does.

My difficulty is that I only sell a very small number of books( average 3 per week over the last 6 months) and it will take some time to get back to the required percentage. Since I was given the warning 8 days ago I have not sold a single book. Are the 2 things related? If so it will be impossible for me to sell anything.

Incidentally the reason for my day late delivery was because I could not get to my store room during the horrendous storms . I havent bothered to tell Amazon this as I doubt that Amazon would care.
