Not eligible for on-demand disbursement
I have all of a sudden received this message when I try to get payment but getting the error message along with the 24 hour. The thing is i sell about 1 book a month so I haven’t requested within the last 24 hours as i only get one payment a month!

Do you not usually get automatic disbursements if you have sold items - every week / fortnight ?
Are you just on the individual selling plan - ie. pay a fee per sale rather than the monthly Pro. plan fee of £30 ? - if so, maybe as your sales are so low maybe you are not eligible to request disbursement.
I don’t know, just a thought.

As a guess I’d say you’d just had an automated disbursement and if you wait 24hrs you’ll be okay to disburse. I think even with a nil balance disbursements still trigger every 2 weeks

Sorry, thought I’d replied. Yes, was able to the next day. Must be a glitch as I only get one payment per month if that.
