Other sellers sell my product
Hi, everyone! I am Brand Registered. It does not prevent other sellers to sell my products, does it? There are some sellers who sell the same ASIN from the same listing. They always low down the price on purpose to win Buy Box.
What makes me so frustrated is that they use my content I provide. My qualitative pictures and even my A+ content. Are they allowed to sell from the same listing using my content? It seems unfair. Furthermore, in my store insights, I can see that some sales have been made from there. These sales, obviously, have been made by other sellers as I never received these orders.
So I come back to the question of whether they are allowed or not to sell my products via my listing page and all of the following content.
I do accept competition but I do not appreciate that someone is using my content.

If you have brand registry go can report sellers on your listing

Once you create a listing that listing page belongs to Amazon, not you.
This site is not the same as Ebay.
If you are brand registered, then other sellers should not be selling on your listing though as they will presumably not have your brand on their item.
…but they are not your products they are selling, although they may be the same / similar.
I know nothing much about brand registry, but I believe you can report them as they are not your brand.

This isn’t really clear, when you say YOUR product, do you mean something that you have manufactured yourself?
