FC Processing are mostly (as far as I’ve seen) Pending Customer Orders. i.e. Payment is still going through.

Customer Orders have passed this stage and are just pending dispatch.

In reality from our perspective they’re pretty similar.

Not exactly guys as far as i’m aware, The “Reserved” column includes pending orders, and some other “states” of stock. Just hover over the number in “Manage Inventory” and this is explained.

Fulfillment Centre Processing

  • Some of your inventory has been put to one side for either drop-testing, measuring, photography or some sort of other investigation (e.g. Amazon suspect it may be hazardous or non-compliant). This can happen at any point with any ASIN seemingly at random.

Usually your inventory will be put back into available stock within a few days or weeks. That said, we’ve had 12 units of an electrical product in FC Processing for over a year now but that’s a very unlikely and extreme thing to happen.

i have 90 odd of one item under FC processing - some orders are coming through
they are for-sale now
but says 0 in my inventory
£35 per item so i hope its pending orders haha

however am pretty sure they are just moving the item to Germany
