UK Account Deactivation Email Video Call

I had an email about my account will be deactivated on the 10/01/2025, and funds will not be transferred to me.

I’ve just been through a video call , giving evidence of my documents etc,

Just got an email to say “my funds will be disbursed on the next settlement date”.

But nothing about my account being safe?
