Read onlyGreetings,
I was selling on Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk and amazon.fr sites. In 2023, my account was drop suspended by .CA in drop suspend. Then it spread to all stores. A verification was requested by Amazon.co.uk. I gave all my company information. but still no verification.
So I entered a video interview to get my remaining money on the ca and europe side. The video interview I entered with ca was positive. But I got my money a little late. I entered another video interview to get my remaining money in Europe. This interview went positively, but I didn't get my money. And I got a message that my account was not verified. I don't understand, it verified my account by Canada. And gave me my money. But the European side does everything to not give me my money. Although I have all kinds of information to verify my account, I still haven't received my money. I'm waiting for your help.
Best Regards

Hi Happy and Safe Store,
It sounds like your situation is related to regional verification differences between Amazon marketplaces. Even though Amazon.ca approved your verification and released your funds, each marketplace (e.g., Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.fr) has its own compliance checks, which can sometimes lead to inconsistencies.
Here are a few steps you might consider:
Check Your Verification Status – If Amazon.co.uk stated that your account wasn’t verified, review the exact reason in the notification. Sometimes, the required documents differ slightly between regions.
Provide Clear Documentation – Ensure all submitted documents (company registration, proof of address, ID, etc.) match exactly with the details on your seller account. Even minor discrepancies can cause delays.
Monitor Your Performance Notifications – If any additional actions are required, Amazon will typically update you via the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central.
It may take some time, but ensuring all your documents are in order should help move things forward. Hope this helps, and best of luck getting this resolved!
Best Regards,
Pablo
